Herbed Rib Eye Roast Recipe

Herbed rib eye roast can be made beforehand. Butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Marshall peppers and salts roasts. Interchangeable.

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Prepare herbs and garlic. Finely mince thyme and rosemary. Chop garlic.

Mince the herbs and garlic

After mincing the herbs, create butter. Break up the butter with a spatula or wooden spoon. Add garlic and herbs. Taste and blend salt and pepper.

Make the herbed butter

Rub meat with herbed butter using your hands or a spatula. Marshall: "Spread it thickly over the roast." Put the roast in an ovenproof pan. 1 hour at 400F.

Cover the roast in butter

Turn off the oven after an hour. Rest the roast in the oven for 1 hour. Serve the roast after 2 hours. Garnish with rosemary and thyme sprigs.
