 1 can Gefen Hearts of Palm
1 avocado
1 purple onion
1 box cherry tomatoes


1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp Gefen Olive Oil
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp dried dill 


1. Drain and cut the palm hearts into cubes. Peel the avocado cherry and cut the tomatoes in half, and the purple onion should be diced. Combine all of the veggies.

2. Mix dressing ingredients in a separate dish and pour over salad. Gently toss to coat.
