  •  Firstly, start with few tablespoons of Rapeseed oil, or you can use vegetable or coconut oil. *rapeseed oil is a lot more healthy, a lot better, tastier. , 
  • Now, chop one onion and place it in the pan so you could hear the nice sizzling noise. 
  • While the onions are slowly cooking in the pan, chop garlic and ginger. It’s about four cloves of garlic approx. You can also make the garlic into a puree, garlic, and ginger puree if you want to. 
  •  Once your onion got a nice golden brown color, put ginger garlic in it. And put a bit of salt to drain the moisture out of the onion. So later on, you could add salt according to your taste, j
  •  The onions are getting brand up very nicely; now add two medium-sized chopped tomatoes, and then the carrying out that smell is lovely. 
  • It’s just absolutely delicious. Very well, all healthy. Natural. 
  •  Next, start with other spices. Add Kashmiri, red chili powder, turmeric, fenugreek leaves, garam masala, and coriander powder. Mix it nicely.
